The per-draw fee, explained
When an employee draws earned wages early, a small fee applies: 1.5–2% of the amount or GHS 5 flat — whichever is lower. Illustrative launch pricing.
The fee is shown before the draw is confirmed, deducted from the payout, and that's the end of it. Because employees are drawing their own earned wages, there is no interest and nothing accrues — the cost of a draw never grows with time.
Employers can choose to subsidise the fee partially or fully as a staff benefit — many do.
How the fee lands
| Draw | 2% would be | Fee charged |
|---|---|---|
| ₵ 100.00 | ₵ 2.00 | ₵ 2.00 |
| ₵ 250.00 | ₵ 5.00 | ₵ 5.00 |
| ₵ 500.00 | ₵ 10.00 | ₵ 5.00 |
| ₵ 1,500.00 | ₵ 30.00 | ₵ 5.00 |
Whichever is lower always applies — bigger draws don't mean bigger fees.
The no-hidden-fees pledge
If a charge isn't on this page or shown on screen before you confirm, it doesn't exist.
- No interest — ever. Earned wages aren't debt.
- No charge for employees who never draw.
- No setup, cancellation or 'admin' fees.
