Transaction data: earned wage draws, fees, disbursement records and payday settlements.
Technical data: device information, IP address, and usage logs collected when you use the platform or this website.
Website enquiries: details you submit through our demo request form (company, name, work email, phone, team size, message).
3. Why we use it
To run payroll on behalf of employers, including computing statutory deductions (SSNIT, PAYE) and generating payslips and statutory reports.
To provide earned wage access: calculating accrued wages, processing draws, disbursing to registered wallets or accounts, and netting repayments at payday.
To keep the platform secure: verifying identity, preventing fraud, and maintaining audit trails.
To meet legal obligations, including tax, employment and anti-money-laundering requirements.
To respond to enquiries and, with your consent, tell you about relevant product updates.

5. How long we keep it
