The payroll platform for Ghana
Payroll, done properly. Payday, their timing.
AmplifyPay runs your whole pay cycle — roster, SSNIT, PAYE, approvals, payslips, bank file. And because payroll lives here, your team gets a benefit no spreadsheet can offer: access to wages they've already earned, any day of the month.
Statutory-correct to the pesewa. Wage access optional — and never a loan.
How it works
One platform for the whole pay cycle. Three steps, no drama.
Run payroll here
Set up your team once — salaries, allowances, SSNIT and PAYE computed correctly, approvals and payslips built in. AmplifyPay becomes the single source of truth for what everyone has earned.
Switch on wage access
An optional benefit, on your terms: wages accrue day by day, and your team can draw part of what they've already earned straight to MoMo or bank — instantly.
Sorted on payday
Payslips go out, the bank file is ready, and anything drawn is automatically netted from that person's salary. No chasing, no paperwork, no awkward conversations.
The platform
Everything payroll should be
Ghana payroll, run properly end to end — with none of the spreadsheet drama.
Roster in, running in a day
Import your team from a CSV with row-by-row validation. Salaries, allowances, bank and MoMo details — one clean source of truth.
SSNIT & PAYE, correct to the pesewa
Graduated PAYE bands and SSNIT computed automatically on current rates, with statutory-ready exports your accountant can file from.
Two-approver runs, full audit trail
Preparer, then approver, then final sign-off — enforced by the system, not by memory. Every change is logged: who, what, when.
Payslips to every phone
Itemised PDF payslips delivered to the app and email the moment a run locks. No printing, no envelopes, no queues at HR.
Bank file at lock
A locked run generates your bank payment file automatically, matching the review screen to the pesewa. Upload, pay, done.
Reports that answer questions
Payroll summaries, variance flags, draw registers and audit logs — all filterable, all exportable. Finance always knows where things stand.
The built-in benefit
Ready when you are
School fees on the 12th. A funeral on the 20th. Life doesn't wait for payday — and with AmplifyPay, your wages don't have to either.
- See your earned wages grow every day you work
- Draw a part of them to MoMo or bank in moments
- One small fee per draw — shown before you confirm, never hidden
- Sorted on payday: what you drew is simply netted from your salary
What would a draw cost?
One small fee per draw: 2% of the amount or GHS 5 — whichever is lower. Illustrative launch pricing.
Why employers switch it on
Keep your best people
Mid-month money stress is a leading reason good staff leave or disengage. Give them access to their own wages and they stay focused — and stay.
Fewer salary-advance requests
The informal advance queue at HR disappears. Requests, approvals and repayment all happen inside the platform, automatically.
You stay in control
Set caps, cut-off days and eligibility per group. You pre-fund a small revolving float — typically 15–20% of monthly net payroll — and it refills itself every payday.
Questions, answered plainly
Do we have to offer wage access?
No — it's a feature, not a requirement. AmplifyPay is a complete payroll platform on its own: statutory calculations, approvals, payslips and bank files. When you're ready, switch wage access on for everyone or just some groups, with caps and cut-offs you control.
Is this a loan?
No — it's your earned wages. You only ever draw money you've already worked for. There's no interest, no debt, and nothing to pay back separately: what you draw is simply netted from your salary on payday.
What does it cost to draw?
A small flat fee per draw — 1.5–2% of the amount or GHS 5, whichever is lower (illustrative launch pricing). No subscriptions, no interest, no hidden fees. Ever.
How fast does the money arrive?
Usually within moments. Draws go straight to your registered MoMo wallet or bank account, any day of the month, any time of day.
How much of my wages can I access?
You can draw from what you've earned so far in the month, up to a limit your employer sets — commonly around half of your accrued net wages, so payday still feels like payday.
Does my employer see what I draw?
Your employer sees totals they need for payroll — not what you spend your money on. Your wages are yours; how you use them is your business.
